Welcome to Inner Radiance Coach, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching, consulting, and workshop services. By accessing or using these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Inner Radiance Coach provides one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and online resources. These services are educational and supportive in nature, designed to help clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, psychological, or medical condition. Clients should seek licensed healthcare providers for such concerns.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Participation in coaching and workshops is voluntary, and clients may choose to pause or stop at any time. Clients are responsible for taking any actions, insights, or recommendations from sessions and applying them at their own discretion.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept private and confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law. Because coaching is not a licensed healthcare service, confidentiality may not be legally privileged in the same way therapy is.

4. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required prior to the start of services.

• All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction with services.

• For multi-session packages, all sessions must be completed within the agreed-upon time frame.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources shared in coaching sessions, workshops, or online remain the intellectual property of Inner Radiance Coach, LLC. Materials may be used for personal growth only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in services, you acknowledge that somatic movement, emotional processing, and coaching may involve physical, mental, or emotional challenges. You agree to take responsibility for your participation and release Inner Radiance Coach, LLC and its representatives from all liability related to injury, distress, or outcomes connected with this work.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cottonwood, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in coaching, workshops, or online resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
